Order Tracking & Delivery We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a WhatsApp & SMS with the required tracking information.

Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation WhatsApp & SMS with your order number and the estimated time of delivery.

Shipping Timeframe: Your order will usually be shipped within 24-48 hours. The transit time typically ranges from 5 to 7 days, though it may sometimes be shorter or longer depending on shipping conditions.

Order Modifications & Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. To cancel your order, simply send a message on WhatsApp to +917382786157.

Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on orders above the minimum order amount, which may vary. Shipping rates shown at checkout are final.

Cash on Delivery (COD): We currently do not offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) facility.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Myree Naturals, we take pride in providing high-quality, handcrafted skincare products. Due to the nature of our products, we do not generally offer refunds. However, we may provide a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements: •If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. •You must contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the product with details and images as proof of the issue. •We reserve the right to inspect and verify the claim before processing a refund or replacement.

2. Non-Refundable Items •Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened products cannot be returned or refunded. •Products purchased under discounts, promotions, or clearance sales are non-refundable. •We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or personal preferences.

3. Refund Process •If your refund request is approved, the amount will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. •Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
